6.If you are under the age of 18 (eighteen) or if you are not legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement, then you should only provide your information with the involvement and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

7.You must obtain your parents’ or legal guardians’ advance authorisation, permission and consent to be bound by this clause and to be liable and responsible for you and all your obligations under this clause before providing any of your information to D&R TV LIMITED.

In the event that: a.you provide false or inaccurate information to us, this may result in the services we provide to you being restricted or cancelled; b.D&R TV LIMITED suffers damages, whether monetary or otherwise, as a result of the false and inaccurate information provided to us by you, D&R TV LIMITED may also institute legal proceedings against you to recover such damages. 

11.You shall be entitled to request D&R TV LIMITED: a.to provide you with a record or a description of the personal information about you held by D&R TV LIMITED, including information about third parties who have or have had access to the information; b.to correct or delete information about you that is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, out of date, incomplete, misleading or obtained unlawfully.
